Good news to start 2013 - Re-Branded welcomed Mick Hoppo back on board this year after he took the last half of 2012 off. He finally relented after 6 months of nagging and dusted the ol' Ibanez down to rejoin us.
To get us all back in the swing of things we kicked off playing The Great Australian Breakfast on Sunday 27th January. This was the 22nd year the event has been held and was opened by the Mayor of Lincoln and compered by our favourite Radio Lincolnshire DJ Melvyn Prior (we'll be seeing him again shortly at the Lincoln 10K). All the proceeds from the event were split between St Barnabas Hospice, Children In Need and the Nomad Trust. The event was very well attended - it was amazing to see just how much hard work was put into it by all the volunteers and organizers. We'd love to play there again & hope to see you there next year - it's a good family morning with local brass bands, jugglers, stiltsmen and even a didgeridoo player.

Unfortunately I think the photographer must've had too many sausages & bacon and left by the time we played although I've added a long distance shot I found posted.
Our next outing this year was again at short notice when our friends in "The North" were unable to play at the White Swan in Market Rasen on 2nd March. We played and had a great time. Thankyou to everyone who came down - hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Thanks also to Nicky (from The North) who joined us for 2 songs in the second set. Thanks also to Tina who let us play til just after curfew. See photos for a few pics from the night. Hope to see you all there again in August.
